Founded in 2011, the Hudson Cafe was born in the heart of Detroit just before the much-publicized revival began. Their goal was - and continues to be - to serve great food and provide a great culinary experience for their patrons.
Importantly, Hudson Cafe is committed to supporting those organizations that make a difference in the community and Team GUTS is fortunate to garner their support.
